Tim Bounds received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, a law degree from the Charleston School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Denver.
Tim is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law sections of the Colorado Bar Association, where he serves as chairman of the Statutory Revisions Committee and is a member of the Executive Council of the Trusts and Estates section. Tim has written and spoken on a wide range of estate planning and other topics. He recently presented at the 2018 Elder Law Retreat and the 2018 Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association Retreat.
